Boot Camp

Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm (Judi Cureton)

An exercise class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises. Class begins with cardio such as running, jump rope, or plyometrics. Then the class moves into strengthening and toning with push-ups, squats, lunges, and core exercises. We follow the H.I.I.T. protocol. (High Intensity Interval Training)
